Rosehill farm is in a fabulous location - so very peaceful and you really feel like you’re immersed in nature. Instructions on how to find the farm and what to do on arrival was provided by Nici, and she kept in contact when needed. I met the lovely Jo on arrival at the farm and she showed me around. I stayed in one of the larger domes which had everything I needed - nice comfy bed and a huge sofa that I could lounge on and read a book whilst looking over the river. Also had power outlets and small fan heater which was ideal as I have Raynaud’s and feel the cold. The shower/toilet hit was amazing being built around an oak tree…but be mindful that there is no lighting so take a torch! It’s a little walk across the field but not really too far. The shower was great EXCEPT for on the last day when it just wouldn’t warm up no matter how long I gave it, so ended up having a freezing cold one which wasn’t ideal! Perfect location - would definitely return!

Overall, this Airbnb provides bright, private domes with stunning views. However, it has several drawbacks, including safety concerns, limited amenities, and insufficient lighting, making it less accommodating for larger groups. Pros: 1. Bright and airy domes 2. Scenic river and valley views 3. Most domes offer excellent privacy Cons: 1. Limited occupancy for a maximum of 2 people 2. Insufficient lighting at night, including in the shower area; no torches provided 3. Safety concerns with slippery wooden deck 4. Exclusive use of plastic plates, glasses, and bowls 5. Broken stool 6. Campfire areas lack privacy; some are inconveniently placed 7. Non-functional solar lights 8. Double bed instead of larger options 9. Deck chairs prone to falling through cracks, rendering them unusable.

Where do I start. Rose hill farm is such a wonderful escape from the 9-5. The outdoor kitchen was a great aspect and Nici gave us full reign to move furniture around and really make ourselves at home nothing was too precious too which really helped us relax. The domes are such a clever way to enjoy nature from the comfort of a super comfortable double bed where you could look out over the River or watch the stars go by at night. Nici was super accommodating and nothing was too much of an ask we will definitely be returning. Thank so you so so much Nici we hope to see you soon!
