Great location. Picked this location as plenty to do even if the weather is not so good. Pool table, darts and canoes. Beautiful water views in quiet location. The Lake House Restaurant we recommend which is a short walk or drive away. Used Brians place as a base to visit Mount Sunday the Lord Of The Rings Film Location of Edoras. We give Brians place 100%

Such an awesome location, right on the canal. Kids enjoyed swimming & kayaking. Had everything we needed for our extended family get together. Plenty of room for everyone, lovely & clean.

Amazing stay! Spent six nights here for a family boating holiday. Spacious bedrooms, modern, clean bathrooms and huge kitchen. The private jetty and access to the boat ramp just next door made launching the boat a breeze. Enjoyed having the use of the kayaks. Friendly and helpful host. Thank you Brian for a wonderful stay.

Such a great space to take the family - beautiful view of the water. Lovely walks. Kayaks and pool table a big hit as well. Everyone loved it.
