I absolutely loved my stay here. It’s April so the ground was wet so if you go in April take wellies. Its lamb season was lovely to hear and see the lambs. The scenery is to die for. If you looking for camping without the hassle of bringing all the utensils and gas this is for you. Made use of the fire pit . Nici was very welcoming and it was peaceful. The toilet and shower are built around a tree which adds to the charm a short walk for the pod . The Shower was hot (takes a few minutes to warm but then perfect). Can’t believe no other bookings for the weekend gone it’s the perfect getaway for those you enjoy camping but don’t want a tent the pod was warm and the viewing of the countryside as you wake was amazing. Get booking you won’t regret this stay. Nici told us to contact her with any issues but in my eyes there was none. Great stay and will definitely go back 😊

An honest review. The campsite itself is in a lovely setting, quiet, picturesque and peaceful. The domes were extremely basic, but with a comfy bed. We had to kill 13 spiders that were nestled inside our bed and pillows, however we appreciated this isn’t entirely the hosts fault given that the pods have gaps in the ceiling. The pod came with one solar lantern that didn’t work at all. The biggest issue we had was that the on-site toilets didn’t have any lights at all, this wasn’t communicated to us at check in, we therefore had to shower etc by phone light. We contacted the host regarding the lack of light in our dome (it was literally pitch black) and unfortunately the response we got resembled a (what do you want me to do about it now?) attitude. We were told to put the solar lamps outside the pod the next morning to make sure they had enough power for the next night, however we wondered why this wasn’t done for us before our arrival..
