Courtney’s place was perfect! Everything was as in the pictures and she has literally thought of everything you might need. I am used to having to buy detergent, dish soap, coffee., but she truly had all the essentials to get you started or to cover a shorter stay. There were even outlet covers in one of the drawers which was amazing and something else I didn’t have to buy. My baby could have the run of almost the whole place in safety. She even had beach toys that he loved exploring! The lake is sandy, not muddy. The location was not at all hard to find and it is gorgeous and peaceful. We had some strong storms come through and even that was entertaining because we could watch the lake. The house is REALLY clean. Not a dust bunny in sight. All the light switches are labeled, so no guessing. It really was perfect. Courtney was friendly and communicative, even before we arrived, to help me plan some activities. We even met the one neighbor who was super friendly. Amazing stay!

Courtney’s place was awesome. My family of four stayed and we had a great time. We were very impressed with how clean and thought through everything was. She thought through the simple things to overlook. Her info binder was extremely detailed and useful. The backyard and view of the lake was gorgeous. Next time we’re in the area, we’ll absolutely try to stay here again.

We really enjoyed Courtney’s place. It was extremely comfortable and clean, and it’s right on the water! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all our own meals. Hope to return someday!

The Lazy Possum Cottage is incredible! The views are fantastic. The screened in porch was the best part. The home is squeaky clean and beautiful. There is a beach at the waterfront. Courtney is amazing! We will definitely be going back. Book her place. You will love it!!!!!
