The place is extremely convenient to Praia da Dona Ana. The terrace and living spaces are great, although the beds are quite hard. The kitchen and bathrooms are pretty old and shabby. However, they have everything we needed to bathe and prepare basic meals. It is not very walkable to town but it is also not impossible to walk to town. The surrounding area is a bit strange with abandoned resorts, an RV park and a vacant lot. The instructions to find the building included information about assigned garage parking spots, however there were no instructions or keys to actually access the garage with a car. There was sufficient parking around the building so it was not an issue but a little bit confusing why a spot number was provided if there was no way to get to it. The front door lock was very hard to use. The pool is fairly nice but the system for access is fairly silly. You show the "access cards" to a burly guy who's marginally hanging around the pool gate and/or the bar/cafe.

The location of the Iberlagos complex is excellent, next to a beach and close to town. The unit has a great view. However, it is very much in need of a renovation, the kitchen and bathrooms are very old, they feel dirty, and they are not at all what was expected for the cost of the unit. The couch was broken and the beds are not comfortable. Bruno responded well and offered additional cleaning, but there are much better units available in this complex.
