Absolutely beautiful property with every last detail thought through. Even a charging point for my electric toothbrush, which proved a god send! Great location within a stones throw of the beach and some great pubs and restaurants. Thoughtful touches throughout, we had a brilliant time - thank you!

A beautiful and thoughtfully renovated home that provided us everything we needed for a long weekend in Instow. We were blessed with sun so were able to enjoy the garden to its full potential. Literally 30 seconds from the beachfront and walks on the Tarka trail, the house is the perfect base to explore the area. Very well equipped and spacious even for 6 adults and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We knew about the single parking space and luckily we travelled a week before the peak season so had free parking close by the entire time, will almost certainly be paid outside of this as got busy on the sea front. Amanda gave lots of advice and suggestions however and cant think of anything I’d change!

The house was very well fitted out and beautifully decorated - all to a very high standard. The position was great, a few yards from all the best of Instow - the dog friendly beach, great restaurants and breakfast cafe / deli, and the old railway coastal walking trail. The parking space fitted my large SUV car - just! The Wifi worked well. The enclosed garden was very safe for our dog. A lovely place in a great spot for a fantastic holiday.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home! My family and I spent the Easter weekend at Amanda’s place and we had everything we needed to make our stay away from home so comfortable and pleasant. The lovely extra toys provided much joy to our 3 year old. Amanda was such a friendly hostess and provided us with some great events in the area and was extremely responsive to our needs which made check in simple and hassle free. I would highly recommend this place at anytime, thank you Amanda.

We had a wonderful stay at Holly Hayes House! The house was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The property was of a really high standard and we couldn’t have asked for more. The location is spot on and perfect for enjoying the beach. We also visited the local deli and loved it! We would certainly recommend and hope to visit again one day. Thank you!
