The accommodation was very modern, well presented, nicely laid out and very comfortable. The area was quiet and close to the sea. We took our dog and there was plenty of space nearby to take him for a walk. Lynda was a great host and was very responsive and informative. Would definitely recommend this property

Lovely comfortable house in a great location. Great host, very easy to communicate with and it was great to arrive on a cold wet afternoon to such a warm inviting environment. Everything was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need.

We had a lovely weekend in Amble. Lynda was very helpful in recommending local places to go and restaurants to eat at. We had a wonderful meal at Jasper's in Amble and also had a great meal at Mykonos at The Drift in Cresswell. Highly recommend both restaurants along with a stay at Marine Cottage.

We had a lovely stay for a few days after our wedding. Lynda gave clear instructions on how to get in, what to do for check out and some local recommendations. Lynda had also left a bottle of wine and card, which was a lovely touch. The cottage had everything we needed and was really clean.

We had such a lovely time at Marine Cottage, Lynda had thought of everything and the bottle of wine was such a nice thing to arrive to, there was a comfy little travel cot all set up for our little boy and the beds were so comfy. The cottage was so clean and beautifully decorated, such a nice cosy place to come back to after a busy day of exploring! The cottage is in really close walking distance to the beach, childrens Park, high street and also the little harbour village which we loved having a look around. There is lots to do in the area and it was a great base for us to reach all of the places we wanted to visit. Thank you for a lovely weekend, we would love to come back!
