这是一个老的房子，但位置很方便，离我工作的地方只有8分钟，房间卫生还不错，只是入住的当天发现厨房有蚂蚁🐜，当我向房东告知了情况后，很快Mike就上门喷了杀蚁药，但在厨房墙上仍然有蚂蚁，之后在厕所看到了小瓢虫🐞和蜘蛛🕷️，建议房东做一次彻底杀虫处理。这个房子的厨房用品很齐全，十分方便客人使用，房间里还准备了各种咖啡和茶供房客选择，这样非常好，但在浴室洗脸盆的水龙头水流量很小，使用非常不方便，感觉不好，希望可以改善这个问题。房东对住客设定了很多规定，这对房子的保护是一件好事，但也希望房子的设施做的更好，让房东和房客双方都满意！

Choosing Gina & Emmelyn's house for our 10-day business trip in Houston was fantastic. They were outstanding hosts, providing seamless communication and flexibility, especially helpful with travel invoice management and accommodating an extra visitor. The house, in a tranquil neighborhood, was a peaceful retreat. Despite its proximity to a train crossing with occasional train horns, the area remained quiet. The fully equipped kitchen had everything, though our late returns meant we couldn't use it much. The house was immaculate, offering a comforting atmosphere after long workdays. In summary, Gina & Emmelyn's place provided a superior experience to any hotel, blending comfort with exceptional hospitality. We're already looking forward to our next stay, grateful for a true home away from home in Houston.

We stayed at Present place while receiving treatments at MD Anderson (both Downtown and Sugar land) and it was amazing! This victorian home was redone so beautifully and is in pristine condition. The hosts not only took time to cater to our needs but the house in general has everything you and your family could need. The location is perfect for anyone needing access to both the medical center and outlying suburbs. We love Present place!
