Ok location for a group of friends hanging out and partying. Not a fit for families as the bar next door is called insomnia bar and the music hours live up to the name… The equipment and cleanliness does not fit the price at all. You won’t find a dish cloth, a dishwasher, a clean sponge or a clean fridge. Also it is very obvious in communication that you deal with a company who rents this place out and not a private owner. The pictures are accurate. There are rooms which are closed and a whole floor, that you can’t use or see. The beds are good. The contract they make you sign is not.

Rather high price for what you get. It is an okay apartment with just a Street (no cars allowed) between the place and the beach. The beach is okay, but not very nice in comparison to Sardinian standard. However, Really nice beaches are maybe 20 min by car, so not too far. Very good restaurant next door. The Apartment was a little dirty (spider webs / dead flies). The kind of stuff you happily ignore in a thai beach hut for 10€, but would rather not expect for this price. Warm water did not work, but Sara and Matthew were very quick to solve the problem. What I found strange was the contract we had to sign, after having booked ( so no 100% refund was possible any more). It basically says that you might have to pay a penalty of up to 200% of the rent, if you infringe your obligations under the contract in any way, e.g. leaving on the air condition. At the same time, the landlord greatly limits his liability. When I asked if the contract could be amended, to be more balanced, the answer was a blunt „no“. They tried to make it look as if it was courteous to let us know the conditions in advance. Well, that is the only legal thing to do. Just that it wasn’t in advance, since we had already booked. I would definitely not book again through italianway, which seems to be a bigger company in Milan and seems to be responsible for the weird contract.

Nice apartment facing the beach in Torre Grande. We had a great stay and would recommend as a “base” near the beautiful beaches of Mari Ermi, Is Arutas or Sanea Scoada. The apartment itself is well equipped, has two bathrooms and A/C in every room. The promenade in front of the house can get a little noisy but nothing major. Sara and Mateo were really helpful and answered our messages right away when we needed. I would definitely recommend this place!

Brilliant location and stylish property: beware of the it being right on the promenade with tons of pedestrians, live music, restaurants and bars right outside it does not work if you’re looking for early nights in. The property is close to tons of great beaches and local archeological sites and plenty of local restaurants and agriturismo to find something to do. Italianway was brilliant in getting us all set up and making sure we had what we needed: make sure you go and stock up for basic items like coffee oil etc if you need to cook or drop by one of the local bars open from 6am.
