Lake Life at its finest! This home is new construction, built in 2019. Enjoy our home as if it was your own. Located off Little Nose Creek on Weiss Lake, we are truly center of anywhere you would like to be on the lake. Relax on the large covered deck, and enjoy the sunsets. It is a 3 Bedroom, 2 full bath setup. Master BR has a King bed, Guest BR has a Queen and Middle BR contains Full and a twin bed. Futon in LR. Enjoy the granite counters and latest appliances in the kitchen. Large 60" TV in Living Room equipped with Smart TV to use your own streaming service, or use our complimentary Netflix account. Additional TVs in each bedroom. Fans in every room. Central heating and air. Comes with plates, silverware, pots and pans, knives, utensils, coffee maker, fridge with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. no garbage disposer...yet. washer, dryer. Tankless water heater, so no waiting on hot water. Charcoal grill, outside cooler, fire pit. Board games available for the family.

Kurt's house is great, the location is perfect for lake access as well as town. The fishing in Little Nose is as good as anywhere else on the lake. Kitchen utensils are well stocked. Beds were good. Will be the first place we look for next time. Thanks to Kurt for sharing his home!
Pictures show a nice cute home, but we walked into a gorgeous and beautifully decorated home. The pictures dont do justice. Their home is allot more spacious than what I perceived through the pics, so if ur worried about that... dont be. We had 4 kids (ages 5-12) and 3 adults and we had plenty of room in the home, living room is spacious too. Just so happen there was a small cold snap for part of the dates we booked so fishing wasnt all that good, BUT just as soon as the water got warmer we were all reelin something in. We caught crappie, largemouth bass, bream, and catfish. Majority of the fish that was caught was on the bigger side. We had a fantastic stay. Before we left we were already lookin at the available dates so we could book their home again. We did recieve a visit from pearl (the possibility of it happening was noted in the instructions) she came down while we were hanging out at the fire pit. We gave her pets an she hung out with us for a while. She is such a sweetheart❤️
Absolutely loved the stay. The kids fished all week and was a very peaceful vacation!
We had an excellent stay. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this location. Kurt is always very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.
This was the third spring break we spent at Kurt's home. Kurt is a fantastic host and his home is as advertised. The house was spotless as usual and we had a relaxing time fishing from the dock. Can't wait to get back up there for a few more days.

Plenty of Fields behind the house to play. Area is surrounded by Cotton Fields. Very quiet and peaceful.
