We came to see the opera our son was in. Jim’s place was like being on vacation. The view of the lake was so beautiful and quiet. The beds were super comfy. The entire town house was decorated so nice. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood too

The place wasn’t bad, but not very clean (animal hair/dander all over) and instructions were not sent through the app for entry to the home. The location was pretty convenient but google maps doesn’t direct you to it very easily. The kitchen was rather small and lacking some utensils for cooking, but functional. We found the beds & sheets rather uncomfortable, but better than sleeping in the car! Wish the host was more responsive in the app, but at least they were reachable on the phone when we arrived (for entry instructions). The actual apartment was certainly spacious enough for two people, though the layout was a bit clumsy. The hosts were VERY friendly though, so that makes everything about the stay totally tolerable! ❤️

We had a great stay at this location. It was very relaxing and quiet. They were very responsive with any questions that came up. I would recommend staying here and look forward to staying again in the future.

I live in Muncie but my air conditioning went out. They called me and said I could come check in early. It’s a very nice place and quiet. I enjoyed the hot tub one night I was there. My little dog and I enjoyed the walks around the area and sitting back by the lake. Would recommend this place to anyone!
