Nice house in a great, walkable neighborhood. Comfortable beds and clean space. Lots of good restaurants near by. Heights Theatre is a 20 minute walk.

Great location and super comfortable beds. Would recommend adding mirrors to bedroom. Many of cabinets need maintenance on doors.

Great location! Cute little place. Was perfect for a girls weekend. William was very responsive and helpful with our stay!

The place we ended up staying in was just fine, but I probably won’t book with William again. We reserved a 3 bedroom cottage months in advance for a wedding in Houston. The night before our reservation, William messaged me saying that due to a “mechanical issue” he’d no longer be able to host us, giving us less than 24 hours to find new accommodations for 4 adults and 2 dogs. He did end up offering a smaller 2br cottage to us as an alternative, which we were able to make work. But had we needed the third bedroom in our original reservation we would have been SOL. He was not apologetic for the last minute cancelation nor did he explain what was behind it. He refunded us $25/night, a total of $75 (off of a nearly $800 bill), for the size downgrade.
