Just what we needed for a private dog centric space. Loved the ease of parking and double doors that allowed us to relax and plan our next adventure. Danny is a great human with a lot of love and passion for making your stay great. I did all my cooking from the cottage and had no issues. 10 min walk to the beach, 8 mins to The Coffee Nut, shops, restaurants. Check out the Codfish Cowboy, for a good laugh. The sauna is amazing especially in these chilly Long Island nights. Outdoor shower is fun and neighbors are non-existent (don't hear a thing). So glad we came!

This is an awesome airbnb! It has everything you need and more. Danny was quick in communication and always around to help us out. My wife and I stayed here for a month. We ended up using all of the amenities and fell in love with long beach, thanks to awesome recommendations by Danny! Thanks Danny for a great stay !

This private guest house was in a nice neighborhood on the east end of Long Beach. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and nearby local shops. It was about a 15 minute car ride to the west end of Long Beach which was a bit livelier. The guest house was laid out perfectly and had just the right amount of space for my partner, myself and my dog. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. I appreciated the washer and dryer being available because I like to wash the linens myself at air bnbs because I'm weird about stuff like that. There is no oven, so if you cook alot like we do, as we are vegan and some places don't have many options, remember not to bring anything that would require one. Only ran into Danny once very briefly and he was really friendly. If you want a quiet place that's pet friendly and has nice amenities, this is the perfect spot.

Best AirBnb experience we've had - the place is clean and spacious, backyard and deck are amazing to relax (and for your doggo), and it's an easy walk into town. Will 100% be staying again.
