For more information, please read the detailed description below :) It is a fully furnished and equipped penthouse of more than 80 square meters net in which there are no divisions between the rooms. From the interior there is access to a terrace of the same size. The building has a swimming pool on the third floor. The pool works officially in summer in restricted hours and with mandatory surveillance according to the rules of the community (Check dates and times of access: From 10 June to 10 September 16:00 to 20:00h). The loft is equipped with everything necessary for a safe and comfortable stay. Electric boiler, heating and ducted air conditioning. The loft with terrace is located on the top floor of a building that consists of a luxurious rehabilitation of the old Nivea factory, designed by the studio of Rafael García de la Hoz and located next to Atocha Station, where all AVE trains depart every day to the four cardinal points of the country. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Please let us know your needs in advance so that we can prepare them for your stay. The building has its own underground car park. Please note that in case of loss or breakage of the garage door opener, there will be a penalty of 80€. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit will be provided in each bathroom, consisting of 2 bottles of shower gel 30ml, 2 bottles of shampoo 30ml, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 bars of hand soap. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea are not provided. It also has elevator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning (ducted). Other IMPORTANT features to note: - The owners will be at your complete disposal for any need or suggestion you may need. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib for your stay, you can request it in advance. Please note that the crib has an additional cost of 30 euros that you will have to pay in cash to the person in charge of delivering it.
