Georgiana was a fantastic host. Very friendly and accommodating. My issues with the rental are mostly location based. Aloma Ave. is an extremely busy main road with constant high speed traffic. This road has narrow sidewalks pressed against high speed traffic. Quite dangerous for pedestrians & cyclists. There isn’t a cross walk for about a 1/4 mile in each direction so you are risking your life quite literally to cross the road near the rental. Speed limits vary between 25-35mph, but 99% of drivers are traveling at 45+ mph. Additionally, if you are staying with a vehicle, exiting the driveway is a nightmare. You’ll have terrible blind spots at the edge of the driveway due to large bushes. In the evening, you’ll quickly notice your in line of flights presumably to the executive airport directly south of the rental. Since the airport is close by, planes have descended very low as they fly over and are very loud. Combined with constant traffic noise, I found it quite unpleasant to rest.

SuperHosts! Spot on with Everything. Wonderful Location.... Walk to great parks, museums and shopping & dining...close to all that is Winter Park....Five Stars!

Georgiana and Adrian are fantastic hosts. Everything about the accommodations is excellent. The location is perfect. One of the few times I've been able to park in the driveway.

I can't say enough positive things about Georgiana and Adrian's place. It was clean, quiet, and in an ideal location within the Winter Park area. Georgia was an incredibly thoughtful host, even leaving snacks and essentials for when I arrived. They have a beautiful home and I wouldn't think twice about booking with them again. Thank you!
