TL;DR: STAY AWAY!!! Not because of the apartment, location, or host- those are all fine. (8 years on Airbnb, first negative review). The day before my check-in (so basically hours before I go on a plane to Las Palmas), the host (management company) informed me that the apartment owner was canceling my booking because he was going to have his nephew stay there. He simply could not have been convinced to not cancel. So now, hours before heading to the airport, I have to stress out and desperately try and avoid being homeless in Las Palmas. After hours on the phone with Airbnb support and by luck finding a couple of apartments that were only 50% more expensive- I got a message from the management company that I had the apartment after all. Turns out that after the management company realized that they were about to get a penalty fine from Airbnb, they threatened the owner with legal action and only then he came to his senses. This could happen again- this time to you. Look elsewhere.

La ubicación es buena pero el barrio es bastante hostil. Las paredes son de papel, se escucha absolutamente TODO lo que sucede alrededor, entran luces a cualquier hora del día, los vecinos empiezan a hacer obras a las 8 de la mañana y te despiertan porque parece que lo están haciendo literalmente en el mismo piso.

me gustó mucho estar allí con el calor que hacía eses días lo más que nos apetecía era estar en casa. mi hijo se sentido como en casa la recepción muy buena muy amable la señora
