If you’re looking for a gorgeous, peaceful, and relaxing slice of Heaven please come and stay here! We stayed here for a month and it was perfect for our little family. Robert and Carol are the BEST hosts - always responsive, kind, and helpful. Lake Arrowhead blew me away and this neighborhood was safe and quiet. I loved being able to see the glimmer of the lake from the dining table and the path to the lake was steps away from the house. It was so fun for my little kids to explore nature for hours at a time. Thanks truly for the holiday of a lifetime. Do not hesitate booking with the Kings, they went above and beyond hosting us!!!

Extremely peaceful and safe, clean, quiet, beautiful place to be!!! I cannot recommend enough the hosts and their nice place! I was able to rest up and go for the walks and runs easily in the safe and quiet community with great neighbors. The condominium was super clean, everything you need to cook and bake, very cozy and close to everything!! We will be back!

Amazing location!! We rented Robert and Carol’s friend for a week and I am so glad we did. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is the spot. Close to a private beach, close to the Village. House was just as described and host was extremely responsive. They even let us check in a bit early as we luckily did not hit any traffic. Would definitely stay again.

This place is a hidden gem! Second time here with my kids and they love it! Hope to make it a tradition. I've stayed at a number of lake arrowhead airbnb spots and this the best value. Very reasonable price to get direct and convenient access to the lake, beach, swimming area, gated community, etc. I spent 6 nights with my 4 kids on a dad/kids trip and was very comfortable. Hung out at the beach building sandcastles, floating on our giant raft, slip and slides, beach volleyball, etc. Robert and his family are very friendly, looked into a water connection for my inflatable pool, accommodated a later than expected checkout, gave recommendations of places to explore, just really friendly. A+ experience and we hope he opens it up again next summer.
