The place was perfect for an adult and two teenagers. The master bedroom was spacious, private, and had a huge closet. while the kid's room wasn't 100% private, it was close enough. The kitchen has all the basics, and it was great that it had its own parking spot. It is within walking distance of the beach, but be forwarded that it is a rock beach with very little sand. But it was still great having that small beach so close by.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend! We had plenty of room, enjoyed the full kitchen and the bunk bed room was especially nice. We enjoyed being close to sunset cliffs to watch the sunset each evening and having an assigned parking spot was amazing. We felt very at home here. We would definitely stay here again!

I met a friend for the week and this place was perfect! Easy walk to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The amenities were great and there was plenty of everything. Very clean and just as described. I would definitely stay again when in town!

We were so very lucky that Cody's place was available when we were visiting San Diego. Ocean Beach was exactly what we were looking for and needed to be for a great vacation. Restaurants and shops were close and walkable, and the scenery and location were absolutely amazing and stunning!! Only one block away was the incredible views of the Pacific, the cliffs, and evening sunsets. Ocean Beach is a tight knit, community-minded neighborhood, with a great eclectic and artsy feel. We never travelled more than 20 minutes in any direction to do view the great scenery, walking and hiking trails, museums, zoos, etc. Cody's cottage had just what we needed - peaceful, quiet, dedicated parking space (which is very important to have in Ocean Beach), enough space to spread out, an excellent location and a very reasonable rental rate.

This house was perfect for our stay. Instructions were spot on for parking and getting into the place. Very clean and had all the right kitchen amenities for morning coffee and cooking. The laundry room was not in working order at our time of stay. Don’t forgot to bring your charging box to plug in!! Great location, lots of restaurants and shops near by. We would definitely rent from here again! It felt like home during our stay. Quiet area and nice neighbors.
