Mimi went above and beyond to ensure that our stay would be comfortable -- we really appreciate how she provided a lot of necessities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, etc) and snacks/instant noodles/coffee/tea as well ^^ She was also quick to communicate with other guests who were staying in other rooms whenever we had concerns regarding their cleanliness. We did have to clean up after certain guests, but we were also grateful of how often Mimi would do an overall cleaning every few days. We would love to stay here again whenever we're in the area and thank you Mimi for being a wonderful host! ^^

House was very good Mimi was helpful. Location wise it might be hard to commute everyday but it s good for short stays or if you have a car

Mimi was a great host, very communicative, sweet and considerate. I've rated the place 3 star because the description was not accurate with the experience - the room is not very quiet due to the neighbours being generally very loud. On various occasions I've heard them arguing quite aggressively (with not so digestible language) - I wasn't able to ignore this, was constantly triggered and that made my stay uncomfortable. Otherwise, if this doesn't frazzle you then a great budget stay.
