Zuka's apartment is a great spot to explore all over T'bilisi on foot. He was readily available before the trip to answer questions, he also provided very detailed step-by-step instructions to self check-in, and was available for recommendations if needed. The apartment itself was a great location. Felt safe and taxis had no issue finding the place. Near many major museums and walkable to all the Old Town spots, many restaurants and corner markets close by. Comfy and well-equpped kitchen and bathroom. The space was a good size for 2 people for a week. Good to also have a washing machine as we packed less knowing we can wash and line-dry clothes. There were small conveniences that were nice too, e.g. an oscillating fan, drying rack and clothespins, ice trays, extra wall plug adapter, hairdryer, even the bathroom had nail polish remover for a quick nail fix. The absolute best part of the apartment is the private rooftop terrace, 360º views of the city, just amazing!

We stayed at Zuka's apartment for a week in early April 2024 and it really exceeded our expectations! The photos accurately depicted the space and on arrival we found it immaculately clean with fresh towels and linen. Its central location in Tbilisi allowed us to easily explore the city's attractions, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. One of the standout features of the apartment is the charming terrace, accessible from the bedroom, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of Tbilisi! 😍 Zuka and his team provided excellent communication throughout our stay, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out! We appreciated their attentiveness to our needs and their proactive approach to ensuring our comfort! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Zuka's apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi! Thank you so much, it was just fantastic! 🥰

the flat is beautifully designed and the location is great, however the walls are very thin and depending on the neighbours the flat can be loud. Unfortunately there also was a disturbing smell coming from the bathroom and leaving the ventilation on did not really help.
