Very nice place. Lots and lots of space inside and out. Well equipped for a long stay. Three good bedrooms and two large living areas and good sized kitchen. The outdoor balcony wraps around the penthouse apartment. On one side it is very large and very good size on the side that has a view of the sea. The parking is available on premise and easy to park on the street as well. From a location perspective, it is not easily walkable to the city center so you need a car otherwise it is almost 30 minutes to walk downtown but it is less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach (Colonna). There is a grocery store just a minute way by foot and several places to eat within 5 minutes. On the large side of the terrace at times you can hear the train go past which can be loud. Barbara is very easy to communicate with in both English and Italian and very accommodating. A pleasure to deal with. Overall a positive stay and this place is a great choice for one or two families. Would stay here again. Thank you, Barbara.
