This is the absolute best AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Jason’s dad, Steve, is an exceptional host. His kindness is unmatched. The house was incredible. The attention to detailed did not go unnoticed.

This place is incredible, and maybe one of the nicest AirBnB units I've ever stayed in. It was nice to see the kitchen stocked with supplies you'd assume to see in a kitchen, whereas many other hosts have empty cabinets and drawers. The porch and small fenced-in front yard was really nice, as was the second floor balcony. The downstairs bath with the huge tub and dual rain showers was an unexpected highlight. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, they let us check in early and check out a little late, and I have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience. Charleston is a very walkable city, but even when driving we were 7-15 minutes from just about anything we wanted to do.

Jason and his father, Steve, were both incredibly responsive and helpful before we even arrived at the Blue House. I had a lot of questions beforehand as I was in charge of coordinating our family trip with eight of us that included three generations. We were so pleased when we finally arrived at their beautiful house that was full of amenities and was pristinely clean. It had all sorts of charming details and creature comforts that made us all feel right at home. From the two porches with multiple rocking chairs to the Pac-Man game to the old-fashioned popcorn maker to the jacuzzi to the giant TV to the coffee makers to the extra towels, pillows, blankets, and beyond — well, we could have stayed there for weeks instead of days! If there is any way we can, we will definitely be back to the Blue House and will look forward to seeing Steve again who we very much enjoyed meeting and checked on us to make sure we were happy.
