房间位置很好，不管是去city还是各个beach都很方便，房间很大，附近也有很多商铺、超市。但有一个问题是，我们入住到离开，酒店外面一直都有装修，这个在订房的时候是不知道的，没有任何人告知我们房源在装修。并且这个装修在早上七点半就开始了，这对酒店来说是致命的。我在前台询问是否能延后装修时间来保证住宿期间的安静，得到的答案是不能。同时也是因为这个装修，我们入住的时候房间的窗台桌子上都有厚厚的灰尘。

Pros - large studio with big windows facing out onto a relatively quiet, leafy, residential street. Staff were really lovely. Cons - many listed amenities are missing: dishwasher (doesnt seem to have ever been one), oil, salt, pepper, chopsticks, stove, coffee-maker. There is a 2 ring hotplate and coffee plunger but no ground coffee, just instant. There were certainly no "private, extending views of Sydney's skyline", just a view of the building opposite. Whilst there is plenty of "custom cabinetry" it has certainly seen better days. Several of the cupboard handles were hanging half off, with one door at an angle. The bathroom is also well overdue for renovation. It was hard to tell if the old groundwork was dirty or has just reached the uncleanable stage. Guests are required to remove their rubbish but there was no guidance as to where the bins were. Overall there was an unloved feel with a large degree of deceit. We certainly expected better for the price.

I loved my stay at John’s apartment. Everything was super accessible and walking distance. Nice getaway for the weekend, and would happily stay here again!

great stay, awesome and very central location, a short walk around the corner to kings cross station as well as supermarkets, bottle shops and takeaway and restaurants. close to everything while still being on a secluded street. quiet stay but i can imagine on a weekend it may be a little noisier outside. good amenities and spacious room, shower is a bit dated but had great water pressure and temperature. for the price this stay was great value and i would recommend it if you need a place to base your stay while exploring sydney.
