The hot tub and river view were fantastic. Sandy's place also has the most beautifully equipped kitchen I have ever seen in an Airbnb. We cooked every meal and found every tool we could have possibly wanted (and more!). We would be back in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing girlfriends getaway!! There was so much space for 5 people to have their own space and multiple spaces to hang out together. We happened to go on the weekend a 2 foot winter storm ❄️❄️ rolled in and we were able to hunker down and enjoy all that the house had to offer! The kitchen was a spectacular place to enjoy food and wine, while watching the snow fall. The hot tub was clean and warm and perfect for relaxing. The snow removal staff were amazing and even shoveled around our cars so we could load up at the end. We had a weekend of no worries and truly enjoyed every minute. Would absolutely go again! 💗💗💗

Our stay was absolutely delightful at Sandy’s home. The hosts are very lovely and friendly people. We felt extremely welcomed with all the little touches like a sweet treat for our group and a note on the counter for us. The house had beautiful antique touches, and a lot of rooms and for my whole family to fit comfortably. The hot tub was great. A very lovely airbnb I definitely recommend it!

My friends and I LOVED our stay at the River House! We wanted a winter girls weekend to relax and hang out together and this cozy, spacious, welcoming house was the perfect place to do that. The view out the back is beautiful. A large kitchen, eating area, and living room allowed us to all socialize while some to prepared food in the kitchen as the others sat at the table. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms make this the perfect house for a group stay. A couple of us got up to watch the sunrise over the mountain from the hot tub. For Saturday evening, we went to the Ice Castles which were about a 20-30 minute drive away, and did dinner in Woodstock that night. After checkout, we went to Calamity Jane’s down the street for breakfast. Thank you, Sandy and Sean! We hope to make this new yearly tradition!

We loved our Warren Weekend! There were four of us couples who love food and wine - making the kitchen a dream. It was so well stocked with utensils, dishes, and more that we had everything we needed for a fun and cozy weekend in the winter. The jacuzzi was much loved by all along with the books, games, fire pit and all together cozy atmosphere. There were plenty of bathrooms and the suite up top was a great perk. We didn't realize it was located right on the street, but the views out back of the river were well worth it and never felt bothered by street noise. Sandy was responsive and kind. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and look forward to staying again in future!
