Sonya was an amazing host for our extended weekend in Waco! She was responsive and her home was so charming! The home is located in a perfect location if you’re hoping to see all things Magnolia! We hope to be back soon!

What a fabulous, 5 STAR getaway! We love Waco and go there often. This time we brought out 12 week old for his first trip away from Dallas! Sonya confirmed up front that they had a pack n play which saved us from bringing our own! The place is so beautiful and homey! The outside is perfect for cookouts and relaxing with the fam! It was also like a local CVS with so many things to use if needed, like products and snacks bathroom needs, etc! There was a sign with my name and they even left some cookies for us form a local bakery! What a fine touch. The beds were extremely comfortable as well! Easy to get in and out with the lock box style key code. The location is perfectly close to everything Waco! Some neighbors played some loud music a little bit but nothing too bad! We will be back this summer with the rest of the family! One of the best spots you will find in Waco that won’t break the bank. Kudos, Sonya!

Great spot with very nice furnishings and super comfortable bed. The private, fenced backyard was great!! We had a nice gathering and enjoyed the BBQ grill and patio. Highly recommend!

What a cozy place to stay. Any amenity you could think of was provided. The backyard was so cute!! Loved our stay and will look to stay there again for sure!!

My grandma, mom, and cousin stayed here while visiting magnolia and absolutely loved it! What a beautiful place! Sonya truly thought of everything. Thanks Sonya for a lovely stay!
