This was our second stay at this location- and we already cannot wait to return. When we walked in this time, we quickly had the sense of ‘home’. This location is in the heart of Traverse City, with large windows that overlook the beautifully tree lit lined streets. So many boutique stores, restaurants, bars, coffee places, etc. within a short walking distance. Centered in the middle of wine land, we were able to visit various distilleries, wineries, and eateries with just a short drive, and some with just a short walk. We love this little town, and plan on returning to this specific location to stay next year again! Thank you for having such a beautiful place for us to stay while experiencing all that Traverse City has to offer- even in the Winter!

Fantastic location, we appreciated the included parking spot as street parking in the area is hit and miss. Spacious living room/kitchen and large primary suite. The temperature throughout the condo was highly variable which was frustrating at night. The entrance was hard to identify at night the address/door were a challenge to Identify from the road in the dark. Location is between the cookie shop and cafe. That would help a lot. Overall a great experience.

We would highly recommend Katy's place. Extremely well appointed, we wanted for nothing for our stay. Very comfortable beds, living room and kitchen was great for hanging out. Plenty of cosy blankets for lounging about. Our weekend in TC was a very snowy and cold one. Katy's place was a great place to spend inside. Would stay again, or anyplace she managed in the future. great stay! Carolyn

This was our second time staying in this lovely apartment. Once again, we had a wonderful stay in Traverse City. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from the many restaurants, shops and other amenities in the town. It is spacious and light with everything one could need to feel relaxed and comfortable: comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen/living area. Katy is a great host, providing clear instructions about the apartment and she provided prompt and helpful responses to a few questions. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Traverse City. It is an exceptional place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay! Can’t say enough good things about this rental. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and exactly as described. The host was very proactive and super responsive. Would stay again.
