Super Kommunikation, immer gut erreichbar! Die Wohnung war perfekt von der Größe für uns 4 mit zwei größeren Kindern! Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch sehr schön und sauber! Steiles kleines Treppe ohne Aufzug 😉 aber gut machbar! Es war ein sehr schöner Start in den Urlaub- vielen Dank!

Our group of 5 stayed at the Chic Oasis in Barrio Alto. The location is in a good area and easy to navigate around the city. The street is narrow without much view, but the apartment does get a lot of sun and breeze from the front windows. The photos are shot with a wide-angle lens making the apartment feel bigger than it is. It was very tight for 5 people. The apartment needs a serious deep cleaning. Some of the furniture was broken. Electrical noises in the building along with some buzzing noises. I would say it’s not much of a kitchen – not super well stocked and only has a microwave. Not a lot of amenities. It was hot over the weekend and the place is equipped with A/C which worked very well. Not the owner’s fault but we also experienced a large party one night outside in the street until about 4am. We also noticed several apartments throwing garbage out their window to the sidewalk below which caused us to have to walk in the street.

This is a nice apartment in the trendy Bairro Alto neighborhood. The street is quiet but it's close to restaurants and bars. It is well decorated and equipped, even though there was a broken chair and it's prepared for short-term stays. Communication with the host was super easy.

Very comfortable, great location on a street with no restaurants or bars so it was quite. Great walking to everything with in blocks.
