The host contact answered my questions in a timely manor. The loft could use to be updated and deep cleaned. The kitchen sink leaks (into the sink so it wasn’t much to clean up) and there was water damage to baseboards in the bathroom. The stairs are also very steep. Stairs were not an issue for me but they were steeper than anticipated. The directions are very clear and the door was well lit.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The host was helpful and responsive. I asked for an oven, my son was getting married and I was making the cake, they had an oven and cleaned it for my use. It worked out great! Thank you!

Really nice apartment in a great location. The apartment was even nicer than it appeared online. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics, and there are plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows if needed. The keyless entry made check in and check out very easy, and the owner was very responsive to questions. While some other reviews mentioned noise from the bar across the street, we didn’t notice that at all, even on Fri and Sat nights. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay. Much better than squeezing into a hotel room. Located right across from a nice park and playground. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Yankton.

The location is perfect for downtown Yankton and can easily walk to numerous bars & restuarants
