Casa 3 is a great, very inviting accommodation, excellent bed, very clean and quirky in a lovingly restored Andalusian house. The hosts are wonderful, full of life and lives, warm, interesting and great energies. Their story and the history of Polopos is engaging, as is this tiny village. It's worth the drive up the mountain to stay, relax, dine at the lovely local restaurant, Cantina Verde and just embibe the spirit and ambiance x thank you Nando and Thysa x

Precies wat we ervan verwacht hadden. Wat een rust en wat een dorpse saamhorigheid. Wijnand en Thysa zijn fijne, gezellige mensen en na wat gebabbel snappen we dat ze nog steeds in Polopos verblijven. Succes met het vinden van je trouwschoenen 😜
The bed in this room is incredibly comfortable, really one of the nicest beddings ever! The terrace is beautiful too and there are very nice artistic touches all around the room. The hosts are very kind, welcoming and interesting to talk to.

自我介绍
Thysa and Wijnand are an artistic and adventurous couple. Thysa grew up in The Netherlands, the USA and France and lived in the U.K. and Italy before moving to Spain. She studied Italian cooking in Bologna, but decided she wanted to be an artist instead. She paints cityscapes and makes paper cutouts and she writes and illustrates children’s books. Wijnand grew up in The Netherlands and studied Political Theory in Leiden. Before moving to Spain with Thysa, he sang in a bluesrock band, he was a coffee roaster and espresso and latte art specialist, he managed a lunchroom and a beach bar, he did marketing and communications for The National Theatre in The Hague and walked 8000 kilometers through Europe to prove a queen wrong. Together they lived in a 40 year old Mercedes van for three years traveling through Europe making cooking videos. In 2019 they were elected as honorary citizens of Polopos after winning Dutch tv program ‘Het Spaanse Dorp’ (The Spanish Village).
