Had a wonderful stay and the addition to rent the pontoon boat was amazing. Do not attempt the driveway without a 4 wheel drive. Our Tundra got stuck, but we did use our road side assistance and Smiths Towing was there within 30 mins. We then just parked at the top of the hill and walked. A on site ATV would be a great addition to the property. The house was amazing and clean. The outdoor reclining chairs need to be replaced or bring your own we were able to use them with some adjusting but I don’t think they will hold much more. Overall I recommend and would love to go back if driveway is ever paved. Also the owner is amazing, very easy to text and responds quickly.

Absolutely stunning property on the water with privacy and serenity! Most certainly heed the warning, if you don’t have a four wheel drive, don’t attempt the driveway — and the hill to transport goods is very steep. The cabin has everything you need however, so pack light and simply relax and enjoy the magic that is this stunning home.

Our stay here was great! The one thing I would stress is to have a 4x4. We did have a 4x4 truck, and still had issues getting out of the cabin. It sits down a very steep hillside, and if there has been any rain at all, it can give you trouble on the crushed asphalt to get back up the hill. One of the nights of our stay, we actually just parked at the top and walked down, which was not a bad walk and alleviated our stress of getting back up it. Just be prepared and follow the instructions on this piece. Other than this, we had an AMAZING stay, and I highly recommend this cabin. We were able to fish off of the dock as well as in the canoes every day of our stay and caught multiple fish which was an added bonus to our trip. It is within a close enough radius to Auburn that we were able to enjoy going there to visit but returning to the peaceful cabin in the evening. Our local hosts were also AMAZING! I can’t recommend this stay enough, just be smart with your transportation!
