I will start with the Pros - Location is great. Very close to Montmorency falls and a very beautiful church, Tim horrors and all grocery stores, gas stations, etc. Moving on to the cons - There was a lingering smell in the condo #2 where we stayed (like smoke) - we sprayed everything possible but it didn’t go. Beds weren’t very comfortable, there were just like 2 pots and pans in total and some stoves didn’t even work. Didn’t find the value that we had expected from this place.

This is a motel, don’t expect that you rent an Airbnb to feel like a home! Carpet is too old and smelly with old sofa bed use for sofa. You hear heavy traffic 24/7, with the noise of the room beside you and smoking on the balcony beside your windows all the time! Towels, bedding is all white and clean though with good clean equipment in kitchen. Beds were comfortable as well. You don’t have any water view, but water is close by and if you drive some, you get an amazing view! She is responding quickly as well.
