Everything was simplify perfect! Birgit place is so much bigger than on Airbnb pictures (especially living room area). We were family of 10 (8 adults and two kids) and stayed there over Christmas. We loved the nature, living room setup, Jazucci that was always warm & and the fact that everything was really well organized from bathrobes, tableware, additional chairs and communication with a host. Would love to come back with group of friends over summer time. Thank you!

First off I want to point out one of the two main issues we had with the place has now been corrected. The listing previously said 1.5 bathrooms and now has been corrected to 1. There were two major issues causing this to not have a higher rating 1. The listing said 1.5 bathrooms which is incorrect. There is a tiny half bathroom (toilet and sink) about 1 meter by 0.5 meters large, and then a separate completely open shower. The shower is completely visible from the outdoors as well as from the doorways to 2 of the bedrooms. (I.e. no privacy when you are naked.) There is no door or curtain at all. When I saw this shower in the photos of the listing I figured it had to be an additional shower meant for rinsing after the sauna/hot tub, not the sole option for bathing/washing yourself, but no, it is the only one. 2. The price. I think for the quality, comfort, location, and size of the home, the price is 2-3x higher than what I would pay if I was going to stay again. Again, this is something that’s flexible so take this with a grain of salt. Other notes the heat adjustment was not working during our stay so you woke up many times during the night to have to let cold air in from outside. (The host offered to fix it on the 2nd day of the stay.) The knives were very dull, almost impossible to cut vegetables, the pillow cases had sequins on them which is uncomfortable to put your face directly on, and only 4 bath towels and 2 pool towels were provided for 4 adults. The bedrooms are pretty minimal, no nightstands, so you have to place your items on the ground. For positives, the beds are comfortable and the house is modern and nice looking. They provide very cozy robes, and rubber sandals for going to the hot tub and pool. The house is on a very large lot so you have privacy from neighbors, and it looks like it would be pretty in the summer. There was a grocery store about a 10-15 minute drive south that was open until 10, was nice we didn’t have to go all the way to Tartu or Voruu. We were a group of 4 and I feel any larger of a group would be uncomfortable in every aspect other than beds. The living room only seats 4 (the couch is the only place to sit) and it’s uncomfortable to share the open shower and one toilet with a group. Maybe in the summer when you have use of the outdoor furniture, it would be a bit better. Since the listing didn’t specify when I booked, I’ll outline how the bedrooms were set up as of January 2022. - Room with 1 queen bed - Room with 1 double bed - Room with 1 double and 1 twin bed - Room with two armchairs that pull out to twin beds. If the price is lowered and you’re a small group, and very comfortable showering in front of each other, I would recommend it for a secluded getaway.

An amazing destination with everything you could ask for from a holiday getaway house. Stayed there with my family for Christmas and everyone loved it. The house is really cosy and the additional amenities like the outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool are a cherry on top. Will definitely come again.

A beautiful place for a getaway with friends or family. The rooms have a lot of light and everything was clean. All necessary appliances were provided.
