This is the 4th year my wife and I have returned to Cara's property on Marble Lake for our anniversary. As always, Cara is a fantastic host, welcoming, responsive, and very accommodating. Her AirBnb is fantastic if you want to get away to something quiet. We enjoyed coming back and hope to return again soon!

Please book this place if you want peace, nature and quality vacation time with lots of water activities! It is a comfortable, cozy, peaceful place for vacation close to downtown Bancroft. Cara’s place is a beautiful home nested with love and care. Everything you can need and imagine is present in their home. The place was clean, well equipped for our family of 5 adults. I was a bit skeptical of taking my aged parents there but they had fun. Cara and Bob along with their family ensured we had whatever we needed. There are kayaks, paddle board, canoe, badminton, millions of board games, playing cards and everything you need to keep yourselves entertained be it outdoors or indoors. The lake was clean and the view pristine! Cara was kind enough to share some fruit wine and maple syrup with us too. We had a great time eating, playing, swimming and chatting in their lovely home. Hope to return soon. Oh yeah if you are lucky you will meet their cat too, who loves to meow & chat. :)

Our first time in Bancroft area. Cara was a wonderful host. We read the wonderful reviews beforehand and without a doubt they are 100% true. Beautiful spot that is very cozy and a gem inside and out. Cara is super helpful and my group all agree our stay was very memorable to say the least. Great place and fantastic host!

We enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the lions and ducks. Nice to come home to at the end of the day.

Cara is wonderful, a super host in every way! She has a little patch of heaven that she graciously shares. Cara is very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The lake is beautiful and she has many amenities available for everyone to enjoy it. We will be back again in the future.
