Didn’t meet Katie, but she was nice and communicated well via the app. Her place was fine but more basic than we expected, kind of musty, not well insulated, and the internet didn’t work (apparently due to a system blackout the prior day).

Had a fantastic time in Katie’s place. It was clean and easy to access. I’d definitely recommend to everyone.

We had the perfect quiet little getaway here, my toddler loved the free roaming chickens and baby chicks - super cute! We enjoyed saying hi to the farm animals in the mornings, and Katie was kind enough to let us meet Tassie, their new calf. Very relaxed and easy check in/out. Close to some great restaurants. And the grazing box is an absolute must!

Katie and Matt were both very accomodating. We got to see a baby calf being fed and feed the goats (they were all so cute!). The home is nice and cosy, location close to Cowes and to most of the ‘main’ attractions. Would highly recommend Katie and Matt’s place.
