Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place. There is a large private area around the Tiny House that you can use. Next to the Tiny House there is a place to sit with sea view and an outside shower to refresh or to shower when coming back from the beach. Just within 2 minutes walk you will reach Fytema beach through our private access.

Tina est géniale et sa tiny house est a son image! Elle est toujours présente et disponible pour proposer des choses et faire des suggestions et vous donnera de bons conseils de visites! Elle est très serviable sans être envahissante et c’est toujours un plaisir d’échanger avec elle et de se réveiller avec la vue sur la mer! La tiny est bien située et permet l’accès à toute l’île très facilement ! Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous n’étions pas encore partis que nous voulions déjà revenir! Merci Tina !

We are very happy and grateful to have stayed at Tina’s Tiny House. She was very kind and a helpful host with many recommendations. The house and the area is beautiful and offered us plenty of space for relaxation. We enjoyed the private entry to the beach and the local restaurants next door. We would strongly recommend anyone coming to Ikaria to stay at Tina’s Tiny House - it’s the best option around! 🙏🌞
La descrizione della tinyhouse rispecchia esattamente la realtà: una mini casa super organizzata, dove lo spazio è sfruttato e organizzato benissmo. Bellissima tutta la proprietà e il grande progetto che ci gira intorno, ottima location per visitare Ikaria. Tina è stata una host perfetta: gentile, discreta e sempre disponibile a dare consigli preziosi per scoprire ottime taverne, luoghi insoliti e "segnalatrice" entusiasta dei "panegiri", vero fiore all'occhiello dell'isola; se si ha la possibilità è un'esperienza davvero emozionante da provare. Consigliata a chi cerca una location tranquilla fuori dal centro abitato ma allo stesso tempo vicina al paese, alle spiagge e a tutti i servizi.

In the beautiful and calm bay of Fytema there is a nice beach with sand and pebbles. A private way leads from the Tinyhouse to the beach.
There are two of the islands best tavernas in the neighbourhood.
It is just 10-15 min. walk to the small harbour town of Evdilos, were you can find a lot of shops, bars, tavernas, car rentals and pharmacy. The ferryboat stops in Evdilos.
In 10 min. walk you reach the big sandy beach of Kampos.
In 15 min. drive you are at the huge and sandy beaches of Gialiskari and Armenistis ( Mesakti-beach).
Its about one hour drive to the airport. (private transfer possible)
It is possible to park your car on our ground behind the gate which can be locked.
We also live on the ground, next to the Tinyhouse.
