Hospedagem nao muito agradável. Casa com problemas elétricos, só era possível ligar um eletrodoméstico por vez, se ligasse mais de um, a energia elétrica da casa toda caía, e o disjuntor tinha cadeado, solicitei a chave mas não a recebi, entao tinha que esperar até alguém ir até a casa para religar. Água quente para apenas 4 minutos de banho, se abaixasse a temperatura durava alguns minutos a mais, chegando no máximo a 10 minutos. Wifi péssimo, lento e travava com frequência. A casa fica dentro do estacionamento de uma oficina de motos. Janelas com vista para um muro e um pequeno pedaço da rua, sem visibilidade nenhuma. Vizinhos barulhentos. Cama grande e confortável. Casa bonita, mas é bem menor do que aparenta ser nas fotos.

Stefania was a gracious host. The place is clean and cute and centrally located. However, for long term stays would caution that it’s a noisy neighborhood with motorcycle repair shops next door, whose exhaust can waft into open windows. Overall a good value for money in Palermo.

Stefania's place was excellent for a long stay. Recommend 100% The pros: Stefania is very responsive and helpful. The space is clean and cozy. The bedroom is luminous. The bed is big & comfortable. We had AC but only used the fan, it was enough. The windows are double glassed, which reduces the outside noise. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is nice with a 24h supermarket close by. We also loved the kitchen. We cooked simple meals but the induction top made it quicker. *Things to note:* the apt is right next to a scooter repair shop & a car repair too, therefore the little courtyard outside is always full of parked scooters and also people going around with tools in hand. It's loud from Mon-Sat, but we just kept the windows closed. If you work online please buy a sim card or visit a cute Cafe in the center. The WiFi was good enough to watch YouTube and Netflix (2-6 mbps) but faltered for work calls. We didn't mind cause we found a solution on day 1 :D

Comfortable and practical apartment within walking distance of the city centre. Fully equipped with home supplies. I stayed in the apartment for a month and had a great time!

During arrival and check-in Stefania and Massimo were very hospitable and polite, answering all my questions and in the future were constantly in touch. The apartment upon arrival was very clean and had everything you need for a long stay (stayed there for a month). Very good location of the apartment in the historic center of the city. A minute from the bars and a couple of minutes from the convenience store. Quiet area and cozy apartment. I recommend!!!!
