Suzanne was the best host in every way! From the day we booked our trip to check out, she was responsive, helpful, and accommodating in whatever we asked. We were so impressed with not only the cleanliness of the house, which was perfect, but how she had every need covered. So many details were thought of. The house itself was perfect for what we were looking for, a quiet weekend on a beautiful lake. House setup and decor was great. The kids’ favorite parts were the sand beach and shallow swimming area (perfect for our toddler). The fire pit on the beach was a really cool bonfire setting. Our whole family had a wonderful weekend and we would love to return!

The location and surroundings were perfect for our sisters weekend! The beds were comfortable and the fireplace took the damp nip of the night away! The firepit and calming waters were serence...definately a return trip in the future. Thank you Suzanne and Tracy for taking the extra steps to make our weekend extra enjoyable!

I can'tsay enough great things about Suzanne and her wonderful, peaceful, perfect place. Right on the lake, it's perfect for a peaceful breakfast on the deck, and in the evenings when there was light rain, we sat and had dinner on the covered space. This location is perfect for a day trip to Tawas City for some downtown shopping and going to the beach there. But best of all, it's a 10-minute drive to downtown Oscoda, where Oscoda State Beach is located. Ratings don't lie - it really deserves the #2 beach in Michigan vote. It's so beautiful and not packed, even on Labor Day weekend. And Suzanne was absolutely the ultimate host. Tracy, who manages the property locally, was available for anything that required attention at the house, but honestly, short of an emergency, I can't think of anything needed - they have everything covered! From all things needed in the kitchen to anything you could possibly want for the outdoors, it's all there. Show up and ENJOY!

My family really enjoyed our stay and we all loved it! We loved spending time on the lake, having bonfires, grilling, and playing games. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. There were also plenty of extras for the place such as lighter for the bonfire, bug spray, etc which was super helpful. Suzanne was so welcoming and responsive to any questions. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back!

Thank you Suzanne for the stay . We enjoyed our stay in the house that was in a very nice location close to the lake , clean and well-equipped !! Suzanne is a great host and was very easy to communicate with !
