Great location and property! Beautiful surrounding countryside and property grounds with a ton of activities and games for kids. The pool is magnificient and so are the rooms and bathrooms. We rented the place for a family gathering and could not have been more happy with Benoit's place which is a true gem. Benoit and his staff have been fantastic hosts, both very responsive and flexible. We were truly stunned by the house, which is 25 minutes away from the beautiful village of Sancerre. Highly highly recommended!!

This was an excellent accommodation for our group of friends, and with plenty of space and rooms to spread out and accommodate several families. The housekeeper and gardener were very helpful and lovely!

Excellent séjour avec des ami, en famille. La maison est très bien équipée (chauffée à l'arrivée, appréciable en hiver), agréable, avec beaucoup de charme, la literie est top. Les extérieurs sont du même niveau, grand jardin, petits étangs, jeux disponibles ; on réservera certainement pour une autre fois au printemps afin de profiter de la piscine. La grande cuisine est super conviviale, très bien équipée. A recommander. :)
