We loved our stay in this cozy, peaceful home right on Coffee Pond. The house was beautiful, and generously stocked with basics. We really enjoyed the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boat included as part of the home rental. Overall, just watching the fall colors from the private dock and the deck of the house was our favorite part of our vacation!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and adjacent living/dining areas were spacious and nice for a group. Alan was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The location is quite beautiful and some in our party enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake.

Alan is a great host. And the place is beautiful. Very new. Very clean. Very comfortable. Across the street from the lake, but the access to the lake was still great, beautiful, easy. Alan is super easy to communicate with. Sent lots of great information and responded to my questions very quickly. We’ll be back!

We had a peaceful Labor Day weekend stay in the house, and appreciated the close proximity, a one-minute walk across the street, to Coffee Pond. We had beautiful weather all weekend, so used the paddle boat, kayaks, fire pit, and grill, along with swimming and enjoying sitting on the dock. We also took advantage of driving to Naples on a couple of occasions, where we took a ride in an amphibious car (one of only three locations in the country offering amphicar rides), and rented a boat for a half day. Thank you for having us!
