Stayed in Fanny’s apartment for roughly 2 months and it was a good apartment for the price and location. The area is great- easy access to whatever you need- restaurants, metro, grocery stores, etc. The apartment itself is great for 2 people max I would say. The bed was ok and the couch was not very comfy. If you are planning on cooking - I would just be advised there’s not a ton to use - not a ton of pans, sharp knives, cutting boards. But enough you can get by. One other thing to note- it is an older building so we weren’t able to flush anything (ie TP) down. Overall it was a good apartment if you are looking for a longer term stay on a budget in a safe area.

Fanny的房間非常舒適，附近也非常便利，鄰近地鐵站、公車站，生活機能非常好，有超市、披薩店、藥妝店，離鐵塔走路僅約15-20分鐘，而且Fanny是個非常熱心助人的房東，詢問回覆非常快速，這次巴黎的體驗真的太棒了！ Fanny's room is very comfortable and the neighborhood is very convenient. It's close to the subway station and bus station. The living functions are also very good. There has supermarket,pizza shops, and drugstores. It's only about 15-20 minutes's walk from the Eiffel Tower. Fanny is also very helpful, always quickly responds the question. The experience in paris is really great!!

I spent a summer at Fanny’s apartment and expect to return in the future! Its big bright windows and crown molding are typically Parisian, giving the space a feeling of lightness and clarity. Just as important is its location in the 15th arrondissement. The neighborhood is calm, safe, and far from the touristy crowds; but it nonetheless offers plenty of great restaurants, shops, and conveniences, as well easy access to other parts of the city. I also really appreciated Fanny’s quick and very helpful responses. When paired with her flexible reservation policies, this apartment really earns its stripes as a top AirBnb deal in Paris!

My stay was great! Fanny’s apartment is located right by a lot of major metro roots and very walkable shopping areas. She was always very quick to respond and very friendly. Overall I had a lovely time in Paris staying here!
