Four night stay, visiting relatives, and it was perfect for us. The house is in a very quiet, peaceful area close to the M1 and A38 so easy to shoot off in all directions. The house itself is lovely with a really nice kitchen, with pretty much everything you need. Dishwasher not available but we understood this before we booked, so no issue for us. The lounge is great with two big sofas and a large TV with Sky set-up, and dining room is also a decent size space. Laundry room and downstairs toilet are a bonus, as is the ample parking and secure garden for the pooch.

2nd time we have stopped it’s a good location for us to see the grandkids and is dog friendly. Nice to have space and a place to relax

The accommodation was absolutely lovely and we enjoyed it. Although pet friendly but unfortunately pet soiled.

Great lengthy stay. Host was always responsive quickly and sought out ways to resolve any issues promptly. The house itself is on a quiet housing estate. On arrival, the house was pristine. There is a lot of cut glass and ornaments on display, fortunately jt was not at dog tail level. The kitchen is as impressive as the photos show. My husband can affirm that the bar stools are very comfortable as worked from the kitchen during our stay. Our son used the dining room to work from home. Both bedrooms comfortable, ensuite adequate. All in all i would very much recommend Roberts house as a lovely place to stay.

Spacious and comfortable house in a lovely quiet area with great parking. The large kitchen had everything we required for cooking, and we made use of the Sky TV. Check in was easy with the lock box. The A38 and M1 are close by and the house is also not far from some great walks and bird watching. We had a lovely and relaxing stay seeing family, and will definitely stay again when in the area.
