This is a rural area so you will need to drive everywhere.
Cars can be parked in the driveway; however, their needs to be space for a fire truck to get to the house in case of emergency. Therefore, additional cars will need to park in the parking lot across the street. The parking lot is on the way to the dock/beach area.
To get to the dock/beach area you can walk or drive.
