房间刚粉刷过，干净整洁。房子距离主要景点都在步行范围内。房东很热情给我们提供了很多游览建议。

As with previous reviews, Riccardo is an amazingly helpful host! Nothing is too much trouble and he is very proactive in ensuring you have all the information you might need. On our final day, he even drove us to the airport, when we couldn’t get a taxi! The apartment is lovely and bright and airy, with an extremely comfortable bed and good facilities in general. As the description suggests, the area is vibrant, lively and busy! This beating heart of the old town is an experience not to be missed, it is full of characters and a unique Sicilian vibe! You are completely immersed in the local culture and obtain a true sense of Palermo life! When we sat on the balcony, I found myself thinking…..this could be 1974…….time has stood still for this area in many ways and is an experience I wouldn’t have wanted to miss! Thank you Riccardo!

Riccardo gets 5 stars - very responsive, helpful and friendly. A great communicator and exceptional host! He showed us around the apartment and gave recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit. The apartment itself also gets 5 stars - clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and little extras like a variety of coffees, teas, bottled water and even milk. Both bedrooms have a/c units and Riccardo responded immediately when we had questions about changing the temperature. The area was less desirable, with a lot of graffiti and trash in the street and some noise at night. Riccardo assured us that the area was safe, and we didn't have any problems. It's an easy walk to the town center and the train station as well as the large market everyone talks about. We didn't have time to explore as much as we would've liked, but everything seemed easily accessible.

Location is good. Negatives: Renovation in house at daytime with a lot of noise at times. No possibility to adjust temperature snd AC remote control not available. I flexible check in timings
