Amazing hotel. The room was clean and simple. The pool was perfect to cool down from the Palenque heat before and after visiting the local attractions. Would definitely stay here again if we travel back through Chiapas. Highly recommend.

This guy lied full stop. I don't mind if there was some mistake or error somewhere... (which there was), but to carry on and make out I didn't turn up, when I called his number and messaged him like the instructions said, then he makes out the number on the listing was for the hotel and not him.... so then how did I get his number!? I had to book and stay somewhere else last minute and got no sleep that night. Just admit your listing was wrong, or you couldn't pick up the phone... don't carry on a pretense 🙄

Wifi did not work in our room and toilet would not flush. We notified reception of the issue with the toilet, but the issue was not fixed for us. Quite disappointed.

Très bien équipé, rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Petit déjeuner continental très bien et restaurant sachant maîtrisé les prix malgré la catégorie de l’hôtel (4*). Tout près du centre et silencieux malgré la proximité de l’avenue.
