We had an issue with the fob not working late at night and Zahid was quick to respond and provided a new fob early the next day. Close to the city centre, easy to get to the train station and other areas!

Basic but comfortable, student type accommodation. Zahid was very helpful and responsive to messages and the free parking is very handy.

The place was nice and clean on entry, but then there were problems. Poor shower pressure, need key access to the washing machine which was only provided after lots of prompts. oven was filled with grease which bellowed smoke out when I turned it on - didn't use it again. The location is convenient to the station, but the area is really rough. Zahid responds quite quickly, but never met in person so the whole experience felt impersonal. only 2 bin liners and half a roll of toilet paper provided over the whole month I was staying. Zahid didn't come in and clean the place once, and the hoover provided is breathtakingly loud and sounds like a dying woman. no dustpan and brush either. overall a 6/10.
