Responsive and helpful people. And they had free snacks, cereal and drinks when I walked in. However, - Dryer doesnt dry at all (they even have the dry label crossed off on the machine for some reason??) -Dishwasher doesn't wash (just creates alot of bubbles) -Glass tables that have very little support (its like asking for an accident) - Hot water in the shower only lasts about 6 minutes. (I do alot of skin and hair care so that is not enough time) - The bathroom sink, sofa and bed don't like people over 6 foot - Wifi Hub being out in the hallway is not a good idea as it made it very difficult to recieve a signal in the bedroom and dining area. Which is basically half the room you'll use the wifi in. - At night it can get pretty noisy with motorcycles racing down the road as the walls are pretty thin.

Great location only a 10-15 minute leisurely walk to central Cambridge and the colleges. Nice space. Loft. There are 12 apartments in the building that I would imagine are all slightly different. You might not get exactly what you see in the pictures but ours was good. Small balcony. Nicely supplied with bread , jam, water etc.
