My friend and I only stayed at Courtney's place for 1 night while we were in the area for an event. It was exactly as described and instructions to enter were clear, with a lockbox. The area is very cute, and the home is very cozy. We had minor issues with the wifi (the password is listed with a capital, but is actually all lowercase). Also, neither my friend nor I had cellular service in the area so we couldn't retrieve the lockbox code (I have tmobile and she has verizon). We had to leave and drive around until we got service and could retrieve the lockbox code, so take a screenshot in advance just in case. The house itself was very cute. Beds are comfy, very clean. It was 31 degrees when we arrived though and the heat had been turned completely off so it was freezing. I'm sure this is a minor oversight as we arrived on an unusually cold day for the season, due to storms.

A great affordable place to stay with friends or family. My parents, husband and kids and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved the space, kitchen stocked with coffee and goodies on our arrival, and games room!
