Dayna is an excellent host; she is kind, transparent, and always available to clarify questions. The condo has the following characteristics: 1. Excellent location. 2. Excellent services. 3. You do not need to buy anything to cook (even condiments). I have been using AIRBNB for several years, and this is the first time. So this is the best site we have used so far. 4. Good signage, all labeling, and QR Codes help in case of additional questions. 5. All appliances were new and working in optimal conditions. 6. Opening of the stay with a bottle of wine by the guest. This is the first time we have seen it on AIRBNB. 7. Score: 11/10

The townhouse had everything a family could need for a stay in Rockport. The setting was quiet and peaceful, while convenient to Rockport Beach and the grocery store & restaurants. We will definitely be back!

If I could give some advice to the host, it would be to have someone else take photos of it because the photos do not give the view justice. The host was great so so kind so nice her place is beautiful it was clean it was the best it had everything we needed. They have games ample space everything and more we could ask for the space is private in a beautiful, beautiful neighborhood walking distance from the water if you’re thinking about booking this day, do it! Just do it! You will thank me later. 110% awesome !!!
