We were family with kids the villa was nice one bedroom was at the corner of villa the villa and swimming pool was great rooms were clean very good Turkish hamam nice yard and very nice sauna overall it was very nice villa with nice view restaurant were in about 2 km no shops nearby

Great home for the relaxation trip we wanted. Highly recommend. Cem and his house manager Erol were very responsive during the stay to issues we had with water and electricity. Hopefully that improves in Bodrum

Cem’s place is an amazing villa with a breathtaking view! It has everything you need (including barbecue, swimming pool, sauna, gum and table games for spending your time properly). We had some problems with the water during our stay (Bodrum’s region problem) but Cem was super responsive, quick to help and action additional supplies. Overall, great place, super comfortable and very well equipped. The only thing I would recommend for travellers, who go there, is to buy anti-mosquito sprays. The house has mosquito nets but when you’re sitting outside in the evening, it can be annoying.
