The property itself is nice. The house has good amenities including a kayak and SUP as well as a fire pit. The dock out back on the lake is very peaceful. One of the amenities listed was a "BBQ Grill" however the propane tanks on the deck were both empty. We reached out to the host for assistance and they indicated that someone would contact us to resolve the issue, however we never heard from anyone. This derailed our Saturday night dinner plans. There were also numerous ants in the kitchen on the countertop by the window/sink. Overall, pleasant stay aside from these issues.

Nice house, well cared for with some recent upgrades but mixed feelings. Entry at arrival took 1 hour. Vacasa provided the entry instructions which included “lock box” and a code. Home had NO exterior lighting on. Front door had keypad and code did not work. Called and directed in dark to lock box. Code to lock box did not work. Waited 10 minutes for text with the correct code for the key pad on front door. Asked Vacasa to check out a late but denied. Cleanliness 6/10. Long hairs on 2 sheet sets. Uncertain if sheets were clean. Water in the toilets, faucets, showers had brown sediment that took about 12 hours to improve. Toilets had brown water stains. Keurig had brown water settled in the tank and could not be reached to clean. Bring drinking water/ice. Hot tub water was green. Opted not to use. At check out had to strip beds. Many rentals don’t require this. Some nice touches with toiletries and starter items.

I booked this place for 10 people. Only 4 adults and 1 infant made it. There were no trash bags, just a couple of towels, very little salt and pepper, and no other spices at all. A day later we discovered some towels in the laundry. I kept reaching out to management to send in trash bags. They kept sending generic messages, which sounded robotic/automated, indicating that they will send someone with trash bags. No one showed up! Instead, they reached out to let me know that construction workers are coming to fix something. I objected, because it was my wife’s birthday, but they came anyway, and we felt uncomfortable. In one instance, management were plain dishonest. After the construction crew left, I reached out to ask if I can assume that no one is coming to bring the trash bags. They replied saying not to worry, that no construction workers are coming to disturb my wife’s birthday! The place is beautiful and the location is great. But the management and amenities are very bad.

This house was very spacious with an amazing view! Everything you could need in the kitchen aside from spices are provided. The house was very clean and all linens were provided. Checking in and out was super easy and communication was great. Games and a few toys were there if you have little ones. We enjoyed our stay a lot!! Would definitely go back!
